4 pork chops-1/2 lb. each
4 teaspoons olive oil
3 tablespoon fresh tarragon, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat grill to medium high (400 degrees F). Drizzle chops with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil on each side. Mix tarragon, lemon zest, garlic pepper blend, onion powder and salt in a bowl. Rub about 1-1/2 teaspoons of mixture over sides of chops. Place pork chops on preheated grill.Cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Serve and garnish with slice of lemon, if desired.
