SHRIMP AND OLIVES

1 1/2 lbs. Cooked, peeled shrimp 1/4 c. Olive oil
1 c. lemon juice zest of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. chopped dill 1/2 Med. Red onion, chopped
1-16 oz. can pitted black olives
Combine shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, dill and onion in large bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for about one hour. Remove shrimp and skewer on toothpicks. Place Olive in curve of shrimp. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
