| Yorkshire Pudding is actually more of a soft roll than a pudding. It is usually prepared with a beef roast and cooked with the beef juice. |
| 1 C flour |
| 2 eggs |
| 1 C Milk |
| Salt |
| Mix eggs and milk together, beating well. Make certain there are no lumps. Let stand while oven heats to 450 deg. F. Pour a little beef dripping into bottom of muffin tin. Heat smoking hot. Add pudding mix to top of tin Do not seal edges. Quickly place tin in oven, close door and leave for 20-25 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 deg. F. for additional 5 minutes. Place on individual plates. Serve with beef juices. |
