| 4 filet mignon - about 8oz. ea. | 4 tbsp. olive oil |
| 1/4 tsp. dried oregano | Salt and pepper to taste |
| Juice of 2 lemons | |
| Place steak in shallow pan and add half of oil. Coat both sides. Sprinkle on Oregano. Cover and let stand for 1/2 hour. Grill over medium hot coals until done to taste (about 10 minutes should be sufficient. Season with salt and pepper during last minutes. Remove from grill and drizzle with remaining oil and lemon juice. |
