TURKEY A LA KING
1-6 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. margarine
2 cans condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 c. chopped pimento
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
Salt and Pepper to taste
Drain mushrooms, reserving 1/4 c. of liquid. Cook pepper and celery in margarine until tender. Stir in soup and mushroom liquid. Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Serve on toasted bread.
