| 1 egg | 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 1/2 tsp. salt | 1/2 tsp. garlic salt |
| Black Pepper to taste | 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 med. Dill pickle, chopped | 1 med. Onion, chopped |
| 2 lbs ground chuck | |
| Combine egg, ground meat, salt, garlic salt, pepper and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix Well. Shape into patties. Mix cheese, pickle and onion. Spoon onto 1/2 of each patty. Fold patty over filling, sealing edges. Broil10 minutes, flip and broil additional 10 minutes for medium done burger. |
