THE BIGUN BURGER
1 egg 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Black Pepper to taste 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 med. Dill pickle, chopped 1 med. Onion, chopped
2 lbs ground chuck

Combine egg, ground meat, salt, garlic salt, pepper and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix Well. Shape into patties. Mix cheese, pickle and onion. Spoon onto 1/2 of each patty. Fold patty over filling, sealing edges. Broil10 minutes, flip and broil additional 10 minutes for medium done burger.
