| 6 center cut pork chops | 2 tbsp. flour |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | 1/2 tsp. thyme |
| 1 tsp. parsley | 1/2 c. sour cream |
| 3 1/2 oz. French fried onions | Salt and pepper to taste |
| Brown chops in skillet. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Combine soup and seasonings in saucepan with 1/2 cup water. Heat through, mixing well. Add parsley, sour cream and 1/2 of the onions. Mix well and pour over the chops. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Sprinkle remaining onions over chops and bake an additional 5 minutes. |
