| 2 c. hamburger meat |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup |
| 1/2 c. bread crumbs |
| 2 tbsp. minced onion |
| 1 tbsp. parsley |
| 1 egg |
| Combine soup with 1/2 c. water. Mix 1/4 c. soup mixture with hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and egg. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in skillet in 1 tbsp. margarine. Add rest of soup. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes or meatballs or done through. |
