SMOTHERED MEAT BALLS
2 c. hamburger meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1 egg
Combine soup with 1/2 c. water. Mix 1/4 c. soup mixture with hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and egg. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in skillet in 1 tbsp. margarine. Add rest of soup. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes or meatballs or done through.
