Combine all ingredients in bowl. Place roast in baking dish and rub all over with
mixture. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Prepare coals in smoker,
bring to 225°F. Remove pork from refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
Place roast in smoker. Baste about every 45 min. with favorite bbq sauce. Smoke
until internal temperature of roast is 160°F. Remove from smoker and let rest
1/2 hour. With 2 forks, pull meat apart into small chunks. Toss with favorite BBQ
sauce. Serve with cole slaw, pickles, chips and hamburger buns.
