SHIRRED EGGS

bit of butter cream
2 eggs salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 Deg. F. Butter 2 small ramkins. Place 2 tsp. cream in bottom of each. Break egg into each ramkin. Place ramkin on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minures, until eggs or just set and whites solidified. Because of heat retained by ramkins, eggs will continue to cook after being removed from oven, so best to undercook rather than overcook. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
