ROLLED STEAK
1 1/2 lb. Tenderized round steak 1 med. Onion chopped
1 c. American Processed Cheese, chopped 1 can mushroom soup
1 c. water Salt and pepper to taste
If steak has not been tenderized, pound with meat hammer to loosen it up. Mix onion and cheese and spread over steak. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll steak into tube and tie with heavy string. Place in 2" baking dish. Pour soup and water over the steak. Bake at 350°F for one hour. The soup makes excellent gravy for both the steak and mashed potatoes.
