BBQ'D SPARE RIBS

1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. salt 1/4 c. garlic salt
1tbs. onion salt 1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 c. paprika 1 tbs. ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dried sage 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
pinch clove
Spread brown sugar on baking tin and dry for one to two hours. Sift dried brown sugar and rest of ingredients into a bowl. Stire to combine all ingredients. Rub onto meat 15 - 30 minutes before grilling.
