| 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed | 1/4 c. granulated sugar |

| 1tbs. onion salt | 1 1/2 tsp. celery salt |
| 1/4 c. paprika | 1 tbs. ground black pepper |
| 1 1/2 tsp. dried sage | 1/2 tsp. ground allspice |

| Spread brown sugar on baking tin and dry for one to two hours. Sift dried brown sugar and rest of ingredients into a bowl. Stire to combine all ingredients. Rub onto meat 15 - 30 minutes before grilling. |
