POTATO SALAD

15 potatoes 5 hard boiled eggs
3 c. salad dressing 4 lg. Sour pickles
2 med. White onions 1 sm. Jar pimentoes
3 tbsp. Mustard Salt and black pepper to taste
Boil potatoes with jackets on until done. Peel while hot, cut into 1/2" cubes. Slice eggs and add to potatoes. Dice pickles and onions. Add to mix. Add pimento, salad dressing, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. The salad should be somewhat moist. If too dry add more salad dressing. Best if aged in refrigerator overnight. Rejuvenate as required prior to serving. SerVes 20
