PORK AND LAMB STEW

1/2 lb. Ground pork 1/2 lb. Ground lamb
1 lg. Onion, minced 2 eggs
6 c. beef broth 1/2 c. toasted breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp. Chopped parsley
Salt, black and red pepper Flour and Cooking oil
Combine meats. Add onion and beaten eggs. Shape into 1" meatballs. Roll meatballs in flour. Brown in cooking oil in skillet. Heat broth in sauce pan. Add crumbs, tomato sauce, parsley and meatballs. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
