PARMESAN CHICKEN

4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2/3 c. margarine 6 tbsp. minced basil
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine 1/3 c. melted margarine and 4 tbsp. basil. Press ground pepper into chicken breast. Brush with margarine/basil mixture. Combine rest of ingredients with remainder of margarine. Beat until smooth. Grill chicken over medium coals, turning every 10 minutes. Baste at each turning with margarine/basil mixture. Serve with the garlic/basil mixture.
