Combine 1/3 c. melted margarine and 4 tbsp. basil. Press ground pepper into chicken breast. Brush with margarine/basil mixture.
Combine rest of ingredients with remainder of margarine. Beat until smooth. Grill chicken over medium coals, turning every 10 minutes. Baste at each turning with margarine/basil mixture. Serve with the garlic/basil mixture.
