STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS

16 fresh mushrooms
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. white wine
1/8 tsp. oregano
Remove the stems from the cap. Set caps aside. Dice stems and mix with sausage. Stuff caps with mixture, rounding to a high crown. Place in baking dish and bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Combine tomato sauce, wine, garlic and oregano. Mix well and heat in chafing dish. Add mushrooms and cover. Ready to serve when mushrooms are heated through.
