MARINATED MUSHROOMS

1/2 lb. White button mushrooms Juice from 1 Lemon
1 tbsp. Olive Oil 1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese (Chunk)
Salt and pepper to taste
Trim and cut mushrooms into chunks. Toss (gently) with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Break cheese into small chunks. Skewer one mushroom chunk and one cheese chunk onto toothpick. Repeat until mushrooms and cheese are expended. Serve immediately or refrigerate about one hour.
