| 3 hard boiled eggs, dice | 1 medium bottle of capers |
| 1 c. cooked carrots, diced | 1 c. green snap beans |
| 1 sm. Cauliflower in pieces | 1 stalk celery, diced |
| 1/4 lb. Italian Cheese, diced | 1/2 Bunch green onions, diced |
| 2 cans anchovies | 1/2 lb. Pitted black olives, mashed |
| 1 clove garlic, minced | Wine of vinegar to taste |
| 3 lemons in small pieces | Dash of Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/2 head lettuce, shredded | |
| Mix all ingredients except lettuce. Let stand overnight. Add lettuce just before serving.
