ITALIAN SALAD

3 hard boiled eggs, dice 1 medium bottle of capers
1 c. cooked carrots, diced 1 c. green snap beans
1 sm. Cauliflower in pieces 1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 lb. Italian Cheese, diced 1/2 Bunch green onions, diced
2 cans anchovies 1/2 lb. Pitted black olives, mashed
1 clove garlic, minced Wine of vinegar to taste
3 lemons in small pieces Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
Mix all ingredients except lettuce. Let stand overnight. Add lettuce just before serving.

Serves 8
