| 3 peeled, pitted avocado | 1 lime, juiced |
| 1 tsp. salt | 1/2 c. diced onion |
| 3 tbs. chopped cilantro | 1 tsp minced garlic |
| 2 roma tomato, diced | 1 pinch ground red pepper |
| In medium bowl, mash avocado, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Stir in red pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. |
