GUACAMOLE

3 peeled, pitted avocado 1 lime, juiced
1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. diced onion
3 tbs. chopped cilantro 1 tsp minced garlic
2 roma tomato, diced 1 pinch ground red pepper
In medium bowl, mash avocado, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Stir in red pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
