| 1-10 oz. can Garbanzos | 1 tsp. salt |
| 1 clove garlic | 1/2 c. olive oil |
| 1 tsp. lemon juice | |
| Drain Garbanzos and combine with salt and garlic in blender and puree. Add olive oil while blender is running. Blend until paste is thick. Blend in lemon juice. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
