CRANBERRY SAUCE

1 lrg. red apple 1 lrg. orange
1 lb. cranberries 3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 C sugar 1 jalapeno, diced
Core and seed apple, cut into 1/4 inch chunks. Slice orange and remove seeds, cut into chunks. Do not peel either fruit. Place apples, orange and cranberries into food processor and chop together. Add lemon juice, sugar and jalapeno, mixing well. Let age for at leat two days before using. Can be frozen.
