COLE SLAW

1 lb. Cabbage, chopped 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. Pimento, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. celery seed
4 tbsp. Sugar 6 tbsp. Salad oil
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. salt
THE DRESSING

Mix salt, pepper, mustard, celery seed, sugar, salad oil and vinegar.

THE SLAW

Place cabbage, green pepper, onion and pimento in large salad bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables and stir to blend well. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. Stir slightly and drain most of excess dressing before serving. Serves 4
