CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE

1 c. light corn syrup 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine 1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1-9 inch pie shell
Combine corn syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla, cinnamon and eggs. Beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Spread evenly in pie crust. Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes. Cover edges of crust with strip of aluminum foil and bake for an additional 40 minutes. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon and sugar topping.

THE TOPPING

Whipped Cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. powdered sugar.
Combine all ingredients. Whip until soft peaks form.
