CHILI PORK CHOPS

4-1 inch thick pork chops 1 tsp. cooking oil
Black pepper and salt to taste 3 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. paprika 1 tbsp. chili powder
tsp. cayenne pepper
Combine all spices in bowl and blend well. Dredge each chop in mixture. Preheat black cast iron skillet with cooking oil. Sauté chops for 5 minutes each side. Cut meat and check for doneness. Should be slightly pink and still juicy. Don't over cook.
