| Cut up chicken at joints. Combine rice, mushrooms and 2 1/2 cups of water in bowl. Transfer to greased baking dish. Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice. Dot with margarine. Place chicken pieces on top. Cover and bake at 350°F for
