CHICKEN IN SOUR CREAM
4 Whole breasts of chicken
1 can mushroom soup
2/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cooking sherry
Flour
Season flour with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge chicken in flour and brown in skillet with small amount of cooking oil. Remove chicken to baking dish. Combine all other ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
