| 1/2 lb. Filet mignon in one piece (cooked) | 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/2 tsp. lemon juice | Salt and pepper to taste |
| 1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese in one piece. | |
| Cover beef with plastic wrap and freeze until very firm (about an hour). Slice as thin as possible. Toss the beef with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Break the Parmesan into chunks. On a toothpick, skewer chunk of cheese and slice of beef. Repeat until beef is expended. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour. Makes 4 to 8 servings. |
