BEEF AND BEAN BURRITO

1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced 2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried leaf oregano 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 16oz. can refried beans 1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
6 flour tortillas shredded letuce and garnishes
Cook meat in large skillet over medium heat until well browned. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add chili powder, oregano,cumin, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add refried beans and 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce. Heat thoroughly.
Wrap tortillas in foil and place in 350°F oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon 1/2 cup of burrito mix onto each tortilla. Roll tortilla tightly and place seamed side down on serving platter lined with shredded letuce. Spoon remaining enchilada sauce over tortillas. Serve with grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole and more shredded letuce.
