BAKED FUDGE

4 eggs 2 c. sugar
1 c. melted margarine 1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
Cream eggs and sugar. Add melted margarine. Sift flour and cocoa together and add to mixture. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into 9x12 inch greased pan. Set in pan of hot water and bake at 325°F for 45 minutes to one hour.
The fudge is done when it is crusty on top and soft in middle. Serve warm with scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with a maraschino cherry.
