OVEN BAKED CATFISH

1 lb. Catfish fillets 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. evaporated milk 2/3 c. corn flakes
Cooking oil.
Heat oven to 450°F. Sprinkle fillets with lemon juice, dip in milk and roll in corn flakes. Place fillets on greased baking pan. Drizzle with oil. Bake about 8 minutes, or until flesh flakes easily.
Serve with hush puppies.
