| 6 oz. jar marinated Artichoke Hearts | 10 oz. pkg. Frozen chopped spinach |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced | 1 c. mayonnaise |
| 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese | Sour Cream |
| Salsa | Tortilla Chips |
| Drain and chop artichokes. Thaw and drain spinach. Place artichokes, spinach, garlic, mayonnaise and cheese in mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 325°F 20 to 25 minutes until bubbling. Garnish with sour cream or salsa. Serve with chips. (Garnish is optional) |
