ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH DIP
6 oz. jar marinated Artichoke Hearts 10 oz. pkg. Frozen chopped spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced 1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese Sour Cream
Salsa Tortilla Chips
Drain and chop artichokes. Thaw and drain spinach. Place artichokes, spinach, garlic, mayonnaise and cheese in mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 325°F 20 to 25 minutes until bubbling. Garnish with sour cream or salsa. Serve with chips. (Garnish is optional)
