AMBROSIA

2 Bananas sliced into medallions 3/4 c. diced orange
1/2 c. seedless grapes 1/4 c. chopped dates or raisins
1/4 c. flaked coconut 1/3 c. broken nuts
3 tbsp. Lemon juice 3/4 c. whipping cream
Mayonnaise to taste
Combine all ingredients except whipping cream and mayonnaise. Chill.
Whip cream until stiff. Whip in mayonnaise, if used. Carefully stir into fruit mixture. Chill until serving.
