| 1 c. diced celery | 2 c. diced green pepper |
| 1 med. Onion, chopped | 5 tbsp. margarine |
| 6 tsp. flour | 3 c. milk |
| 1 can mushroom soup | 2 c. diced ham, cooked |
| 2 c. diced chicken, cooked | 2 tbsp. pimentoes |
| 1 c. grated cheddar cheese | 1 c. bread crumbs |
| Salt and pepper to taste. | |
| Cook celery, onion and green pepper in margarine in double boiler until tender. Blend in flour. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth. Add soup, ham, chicken, pimento, salt and pepper. Put mixture in greased casserole dish. Combine cheese and bread crumbs and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. |
