1 lb fresh green beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp fresh oregano
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 dash red pepper
1 dash black pepper
In cast iron skillet on medium heat add olive oil, oregano, and garlic Saute until garlic turns slightly brown. Add green beans, snapped in half and toss, stir, flip and mix up until they are slightly tender. Squeeze on lemon juice and sprinkle on pepper. Serve hot right from skillet.
