| 1-16 oz. bottle Italian Salad Dressing | 1/2 c. A-1 Sauce |
| 1 tbsp. honey | 1/4 c. cooking wine |
| 1 sm. orange in 1 inch chunks | |
| 1 lemon in 1 inch chunks | 4 Cornish Game Hens |
| Mix dressing, A-1 sauce, wine and honey in large bowl. Add hens, cover and marinate 24 hours. Make sure the marinade completely covers the hens, or turn regularly.
Remove hens from marinade. Stuff body cavity with citrus fruit. Tie legs together and twist wing tips under.
Grill over a medium heat for 60 to 70 minutes. Place birds about 4 inches above coals. Baste 3 or 4 times with marinade, turning once. If using a meat thermometer temperature should be between 165 and 170 degrees at thickest part
