| 2 C. fresh basil, packed | 1/2 c. grated romano cheese |
| 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil | 1/3 c. pine nuts |
| 3 med. garlic cloves, minced | salt and pepper to taste |
| In food processor combine basil with pine notes, pulsing few times. Add garlic, pulse few more times. Slowly add oilive oil in constant stream while processor is running. Scrape down sides of processor, add grated cheese. Pulse til blended. Blend in salt and pepper. Makes 1 cuo. |
