Baked Chicken Rosemary

8 pieces frying chicken
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, and paprika
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rosemary

Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. season with salt, pepper,
garlic salt, and paprika. Combine vinegar, ketchup, water, mustard,
brown sugar, soy sauce, and rosemary. Pour over chicken.
Bake in 325 F oven for 2 hours.
